Hitachi launched the 17-inch SXGA TX43D57VC0CAA and the 17-inch WXGA TX43D55VM0BAA which, for the first time, bring the superior performance of IPS-Pro to industrial LCD displays.
EPCOS has developed a SAW filter for the Russian navigation system GLONASS with very good nearby selectivity. This is particularly important due to the very close proximity of just 15 MHz to the neighbouring satellite telephone service Inmarsat.

The PX0718 series of modules have one fused C14 inlet combined with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 IEC Sheet F outlets. Rated up to 15A, 250Vac (UL), the modules have snap to panel fixing for 1.5mm panels.

Murata’s GRM02 series of 01005 chip capacitors is now available in W4P1 plastic tape packaging. This new tape is 4mm wide and has a pitch of 0.1mm, saving around 75% of the volume of packaging material waste compared to the previous tape packaging.

A new series of rotary coded switches designed for a variety of control and automation system applications has been announced by knitter-switch. The 60000 Series is available in a variety of formats and codings and can be supplied with or without a shaft.
The new HARTING Micro Card Edge connector is designed for surface mounting on 1.6 mm thick printed circuit boards in board-to-board mezzanine configurations as well as in small pluggable daughterboard applications.
