Customer Relations Co-ordinator
Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this is an office based position, Mon – Thurs 9am – 5.30pm. Applicant must be a friendly, confident team player, with the ability to provide an excellent standard of customer service to customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Day to day duties will include:
- Investigating and taking appropriate action regarding customer queries. To investigate all customer queries and to take the appropriate action.
- Authorising and monitoring returns in line with the Company policy.
- Supporting all depts in meeting all company quality and performance KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
- Liasing with suppliers, customers and logistics partners by phone and email.
- Providing support for order entry and processing export orders as and when required.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by their direct manager from time to time.
Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach with the ability to interact with senior members within the business. Previous experience within a Customer Relations role is preferable but full training will be given.
