Taicom Pluggable connectors can handle 15A

The TBP3 range of Taicom pluggable terminal blocks combines a high current capability with the convenience of a plug and socket system.

The TBP3 series is based around an industry standard design and is primarily aimed at industrial applications where fast board swaps are required to reduce down time. However, due to their outstanding performance these connectors have found their way into many other applications that would benefit from the ease of plug and socket mating.

The TBP3 series is rated up to 15A 250Vac, features rising clamp wire protection with wire acceptance up to 2.5mm² and has an operating temperature ranging from -40°C to +105°C.

The connectors feature captive screws and are polarised to prevent incorrect insertion.

The polyester bodies are coloured green for high visibility and are flame retardant to UL94V-0.

The series is on an industry standard 5.08mm (0.2") pitch, is available from 2 to 12 ways and has a choice of vertical or right angle styles with the option of closed or open end socket bodies.
