Fast and space-saving wire connection from Phoenix Contact

Space-Saving High-Performance PCB TerminalPhoenix Contact’s FKCN 2.5 spring cage plug connectors and accompanying reflow solder-capable base housings create space on device fronts as the installation height is 30% lower for a connection area of 2.5mm². The innovative push-in spring cage technology allows rigid and flexible wires with metal end sleeves to be quickly connected without any tools. The connector has a large cable funnel so that it can safely support flexible wires with metal end sleeves. Wires can be easily disconnected using the orange push openers. The generously sized labeling and printing surface on the upper side of the connector allows for simple labeling.

Together with the new, double-level, reflow solder-capable MCDN 2.5 base terminals with a height of only 19 mm, the FKCN 2.5 connector offers more space for display and control elements on devices.
