Bourns VDSL2 protection, TISP4C015L1N, TISP4C020L1N, TISP4C025L1N and TISP4C035L1N

As telecom data rates increase, the protection must be designed to keep up. Faster data rates mean systems are more sensitive to distortion caused by the insertion of components such as overvoltage and overcurrent protectors. The TISP4C0xxL1N range is designed to protect VDSL2 line drivers from overvoltages caused by lightning and ac line disturbances.

Features

• Ultra low capacitance 3.5 pF variation for signal range
• High 30 Amp 8/20 surge capability
• Voltage options chosen to match line driver capability
• Low let through voltage to protect transceiver output stage
• MSL1, RoHS*, Green SOT23-5, 5 pin package

Applications

• Designed for ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+, VDSL, and VDSL2 designs
• Can be used for T1/E1 line driver protection
• ADSL/VDSL router, DSLAM, IVD cards
• Can be used in Customer Premise and Central Office locations
• Any transformer coupled interface which leaves the building
