STMicroelectronics’ low side & high side power switch available in a tiny package

 

STMicroelectronics has introduced the TDE1708DFT low side and high side power switch that is ideally suited for digital outputs required to drive a load.

Key features of the device include 6 to 48V input range, overload and short circuit protection, output reversal protection and high burst immunity.

The device is supplied in the small DFN (4mm x 4mm) package.
