About Sample Tracker
Sample Tracker is a free web-based service provided by Anglia for UK and Eire customers that lets you itemise and monitor your sample requests within a bespoke on-line environment.
Once the parts have been chosen through your on-line Product Search, Sample Tracker will enable you to allocate a project title against each item. The selected parts will then be detailed in an Active Sample List, which will allow you to verify the content and make changes if necessary before making the request. As soon as the list is forwarded to us the parts will be processed on our system and then appear in Your Own Sample History, giving you the opportunity to track their progress.
Furthermore, Sample Tracker will also enable you to check Your Company’s Sample History. This will include parts requested by other members of your company as well as items requested off-line.
Please note that we reserve the right to supply any sample. If we are unable to supply or find it necessary to provide an alternative part we will notify you accordingly.
Sample Tracker is a free service for Anglia customers. You will need an Anglia customer account number to use this service.
