About Part Tracker
After selecting parts from your on-line Product Search, Part Tracker allows you to add these to personalised lists where you can retrieve and monitor product information in the future. You can create as many separate lists of components as you require, for example, one for each separate Bills of Materials, ensuring you have instant access to the latest component details.
The Product Change Alert feature of Part Tracker is an easily implemented web-based service that helps to reduce the risks of component obsolescence by keeping you informed of important supplier notifications. These include RoHS status, Product Termination Notices (PTNs) and Part Change Notifications (PCNs). You can monitor these on-line with the option to receive rapidly delivered email alerts.
Part Tracker’s Product Change Alert feature puts you in control. You specify which notifications you want to receive email updates about from your monitored parts lists by changing your self configured preference profile. This means that you benefit from the efficiencies of a system that lets you determine the parts you want to monitor and retain control over the types of notifications you receive.
Part Tracker’s Product Change Alert service also stores a searchable history of all your part notifications, with instant access to the documents in .PDF format from our on-line library, helping you to maintain a historical record of PCN information that is easily accessible over time.
