The standard range of CTSN400 terminal strips are moulded from natural PA6 material but can also be specified with cream PA66 material (CTSN500 series) or reinforced grey PA66 + glass fibre material (CTSN600 series). The terminal strips are available in 12-way with or without stainless steel wire protectors and can be easily cut to the desired number of poles.
The standard nylon CTSN400 versions are UL94-V2 self-extinguishing while the optional UL94-V0 types (CTSN500 PA66 or CTSN600 PA66 with glass fibre) pass 960°C glow-wire test. Additional specifications include 8, 10, 12, 13.5 and 18mm pitch sizes, maximum voltage of 450V or 750V AC and maximum current from 32A to 101A depending on pitch.
Featuring user friendly captive terminal screws on all models, additional options include raised base for additional creepage and clearance, middle barrier closed inserts and printing available on request. The Terminal strips are CE-marked and are also VDE and UL approved. The terminal strips can be supplied cut to length on request.
