Programming Service

Anglia offers the value added service of programming Memory and Microcontroller devices, enabling the customer to order blank parts and have them delivered pre programmed ready for placement on their PCB.

Packages

We have the ability to handle all the package types of ST and Microchip programmable parts. All devices are handled in a static controlled and humidity / temperature controlled environment using automated machinery.

Marking

After programming and verification the devices can be laser marked as standard and re-packed back into tubes, trays or tape and reel. The device manufacturers’ moisture handling requirements are adhered to including the baking and dry packing of parts. Paint marking, Polyester or Kapton labelling is also available.

Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities for stock parts will be based on the pack quantity relating to the tube, tray or reel in stock. For non stock parts the manufacturers MOQ may apply.

Program code

Please supply your program and settings required by e-mail, all devices are programmed using the latest manufactures algorithms. Sample approval may be required to check the program and security settings.

Programming failures

Should any device fail to program, it may be necessary to reduce the customer order quantity to cater for this as the supplier MOQ’s may prevent us from replacing single parts.
