CamdenBoss provides affordable electrical housings for applications including industrial control, building control, automation and switchgear. The range is very cost effective and includes one, two and three button electrical enclosures in both standard and compact sizes along with a range of control switches to suit.
The CBCSC series of economy enclosures are all IP65 rated and constructed in flame retardant ABS material, the enclosure bases are supplied in grey colour and lids are available in a choice of bright yellow or grey as standard. Designed for 22mm control switches, they can be supplied with or without an internal DIN Rail and feature knockouts to accommodate PG 13.5 or ISO 20 glands.
Single button enclosures are available in two sizes: 76 x 68 x 54mm high and 76 x 71 x 65.5mm high, both with three knockouts in base. Dual button boxes are sized at 105 x 68 x 54mm high and 130 x 71 x 65.5mm high while three button boxes are 150 x 68 x 54mm high and 170 x 71 x 65.5mm high, all featuring four knockouts in base.
Complementing the CBCSC series of enclosures is the CCT series of 22mm panel or enclosure mount modular control switches including a complete range of switch elements, base plates, indicator modules and actuators. These can be configured with NO or NC contact blocks as well as illuminated modules and the switches incorporate a sturdy and robust cast base for maximum reliability.
Extremely cost-competitive, the CCT series includes two and three position rotary actuators, key switches and illuminated switches, emergency stop switches with or without key, illuminated switches in various styles and colours, and twin pushbutton switches with or without illumination all conforming to IEC 947-5-1 and EN 60 947-5-1. CamdenBoss control switches feature metal bases as standard with plastic bases available on request.
Specifications include 600V AC rated insulation voltage, conventional heating current of 10A, insulation resistance ≥50MΩ and contact resistance ≤25mΩ. Pushbutton switches offer mechanical life of 1 million operations and electrical life of 500,000 operations while selector switches feature mechanical life of 500,000 and electrical life of 250,000. Rated temperature range is -25 to +55°C.
