Anglia introduces reliable, simple and cost effective wire-to-board 1mm pitch connection system from Taicom
The TxH1001 series from Taicom provide a simple and reliable wire-to-board connector solution. These cost effective industry compatible connectors are available on a space saving 1mm pitch in straight and right-angled surface mount options. The fine pitch makes the series an excellent choice where PCB real estate is at a premium.
User friendly features include an audible click on the crimp housing when it is correctly engaged with the header so you can be sure the parts have mated correctly in a production environment. Both the header and housing are rated up to 1A/50V so they can be used in a wide variety of applications.
The TxH1001 series are available from 2 through to 22 positions with the most popular ways available from stock on Anglia Live. The TCR10001R crimps are packaged on reels suitable for automated crimping machines or can be supplied loose for hand tool crimping allowing for prototyping or small production runs without the need for fully automated crimping equipment. The crimps are compatible with 28-32 AWG wire gauges and can also be specified with a gold plating finish by adding a "G" to the end of the part number.
The TxH1001 series is manufactured using high quality Nylon material which is flame retardant to UL94V-0 making the connectors suitable for applications where end equipment requires third party safety approvals. The connectors have an operating temperature range from -25°C to +85°C.
