Innovative technology from CamdenBoss enables custom enclosures with no tooling cost
CamdenBoss's Flat Sheet Plastic Technology (FSPT) is a unique process that uses the latest in 3D and 2D CAD/CAM software, before producing production ready proto-types and then on to volume production.
The FSPT process requires no tooling so CamdenBoss are able to offer small to medium volumes at comparable prices with rapid lead times. For potential customers who may only have an initial idea of where to begin with a custom enclosure design, a discussion with one of the team with their extensive years of engineering expertise, precision machining and innovative assembly techniques will help turn a concept into manufacturing reality.
Ensuring all potential problems are considered from the start of the project minimises design revisions, which in turn saves on time and costs, however, flexibility and understanding is something CamdenBoss also provide and are therefore more than happy to make modifications both after prototyping and after production, without any cost implications.
CamdenBoss has also launched fourteen new enclosure styles, manufactured from the FSPT process, which enables the company to offer customer specific dimensions, range of standard colours and other customisation without the normal design costs.

Also available is a customisation service for any of CamdenBoss' extensive range of standard injection moulded, die-cast and sheet metal enclosures. This includes cut-outs, pockets, PCB pillars, LCD windows, LED light pipes, ventilation and rubber feet.
