New family of cost-effective, small footprint, high-voltage switching diodes from Diodes Inc.

Diodes Inc has introduced a series of miniature, cost-effective, high- speed, high-voltage switching diodes. The BAS521 and BAS521LP available in the ultra-small plastic SMD packages. The BAW101V (SOT-563) features 500mW power dissipation.

The MMBD3004BRM and MMBD5004BRM enable much smaller quad-diode implementations than existing solutions. Available in cost-effective, small outline packages, they are ideal for use in bridges and other applications where cost and size are critical factors.

The MMBD5004 products have high breakdown voltage ratings (400V) that provide excellent tolerances of line transient and allow high operating voltages.
