Hitachi Display Products Group has introduced the TX14D14VM1BAA as an addition to the current range of 5.7-inch display modules that includes a wide choice of TFT and STN options. |
The TX14D14 offers customers 640(w) x 480(h) VGA resolution in a form factor compatible with existing compact modules. Clear, bright colourful images for all lighting conditions and uses are assured with 350cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 350:1 and 262,000 colours.
“With the introduction of the TX14D14 the market now has a compact 5.7-inch VGA TFT display module that offers the exacting level of optical performance that users increasingly demand. Customers looking for a high quality display solution for Windows CE and other applications where VGA resolution is critical can now deliver bright, crisp images to their users,” says Mark Stephenson, Product Manager for Hitachi Display Products Group. “By extending the 5.7-inch range Hitachi continues to offer value and choice with this launch: protecting customer investments by maintaining compatibility with existing models, while offering increased resolution, functionality and performance.”
The TX14D14 measures (W)131.0mm x (H)102.2mm x (D)10.9mm and features an active matrix, transmissive TFT LCD display with a 50,000 hour white CFL backlight. It is available immediately through Hitachi Display Product Group’s distribution partners across Europe.
