ST
LCD Controller suits Monitors, Projectors & Displays |
ST have introduced
two advanced LCD monitor controllers IC's, namely the ADE2100V2 and ADE2300
which are for XGA (1024 x 768 pixel) and SXGA (1280 x 1024 pixel) resolution
respectively.
The ADE engine
resizes images, sharpens text, smoothes graphics and performs gamma correction.
Other noteworthy technical features are the acceptance of both analog
and digital inputs, advanced phase adjustment algorithm, and integrated
triple A/D converter and phase lock loop. The devices are compliant with
the Digital Video Interface.
