Popular Invac Surface Mount 1A Diode now on board Available in the popular SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package, the S1 range of general-purpose rectifier diodes from Invac is now available from Anglia. |
Widely accepted as the standard surface mount alternative to the through-hole 1N4000 series, the range is available with reverse voltages of 50V to 1kV.
The devices are supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly.
