Anglia, Europe's leading distributor of RoHS compliant products, was awarded the prestigious 'RoHS Trusted' Kitemark on 20th December 2005 by BSI Product Services in recognition of its ability to support the electronics industry in the run up to the RoHS compliance deadline, and beyond.

It provides assurance that the company has exercised due diligence during the process of qualifying the RoHS status of products throughout the supply chain and Anglia's internal processes and procedures maintain this integrity until final delivery to the customer. By achieving this award, through demonstration of RoHS awareness and implementation, it enables our customers to gain confidence in Anglia as a 'RoHS Trusted' supplier.

What does the Kitemark mean?

Reassurance

The Kitemark is one of the best known and respected certification marks in the World. Independent assessment on an ongoing basis provides reassurance that relevant requirements have been met or exceeded.

Quality

Kitemark certification is voluntary. Therefore, Kitemark licensees are making a strong public commitment to quality and have confidence in their products and processes.

Trust

Ability to meet the requirements of the RoHS Directive is highly dependant upon the entire supply chain. The RoHS Trusted Kitemark is an independent, recognisable mark that customers can trust.
